Clayton Scoble reappointed interleague coach

The McDonald’s MCDFNL is excited to announce that Clayton Scoble has been reappointed the senior coach of the league for 2019.

 

Scoble will lead the MCDFNL senior side who are scheduled to take on Colac District FNL on May 18th at Princes Park, Maryborough.

 

The MCDFNL are excited to have the services of Scoble again this year.

 

“We are pleased to appoint Clayton as the coach of the 2019 interleague program, for a second year running,” MCDFNL Operations Manager Matt Lindsay said.

 

“Clayton is a well-respected coach in the league and has a tremendous amount of support from local coaching groups across the region. His experience and guidance will be crucial in the leagues upcoming interleague campaign against Colac & District FNL.”

 

In his recent Worksafe Community Championship match MCDFNL unfortunately were comfortably defeated by West Gippsland.

 

Scoble has plenty of experience coaching having won premierships at Castlemaine and Daylesford.

 

Scoble will be joined by a number of equally outstanding assistant coaches including Luke Tracy, Brendon Tranter, Rick Dowling, Dallas Byars, Jackson Bowen and Brendan Hedger.

 

Other coaches involved in the Football Interleague program this season include Daniel Petter (Under 18), Jason Stewart (Assistant), and Derek Arvidson (Under 15)

 

The next Senior training will be Wednesday night at 6:30pm at Princes Park and the final squad will be announced at training on Wednesday 8th of May.
